Thin Clouds and Cigarette Smoke

Moon, thin cloud and smoke

It was all over so soon, Jazz:
front men becoming side-men then
sidling to the back as electricity and
loud voices drowned them out.

So the Jazz player leans against the
back door of the thumping club, the
mood lost, staring at the Moon, thin clouds
and cigarette smoke.

I liked this. I especially liked the ending.

The ending came from the fact that I forgot the flash was on, on my phone as I tried to take a photo of the Moon šŸ˜‰ Hence my cigarette smoke being so lit up šŸ˜‰ Thank you šŸ™‚ x
